Jump EPB BUS wires.
Need to remove my EPB ECU, and be able to move the car afterwards. Since the EPB ECU is in line at the CAN bus I reckon the car will be a completely nutcase. How about if I jump the CAN high and low wires at the connector?

You will most likely need a resistor to jump the two can wires, trucks run 60 ohm ones, not sure on the cars?

You would not bridge with a resistor, just a wire for each line (HIGH and LOW).

I guess the car will only suffer a "lost communication"
error with the EPB, so don't think resistors will be needed. At least the rest will be able to communicate.
Will try it then. High in/out together and low in/out together.
Thanks for confirmation

Ah thats different to what Im used to, ie just a can hi and can lo to each component.
