I wasn't aware you were looking for an engine Tom, and I've just passed up on the opportunity for a very nice low miles S Type Big Cry

To be honest if I were replacing an engine with another used one, I would not be happy with a unit that already has a spun bearing! The bore wear will be the least of your problems as they tend to hold very well to the std 81 mm.

You might be lucky with it, but it's a lot of work down the drain if it goes wrong. As said above you'd be better to source a good running example.
