It's under the transmission undershield just behind the engine. Which model year is it?21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

If you plan to do it yourself then details are in here
You have to pay a fee ...but it gives you detailed procedures.21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Starting off with the fuel filter, which is on a MY05 TDV6. The filter is a different type for MY07 on, AFAIK.

Martin, the filter is now just further back, just in front of the tank
The filter just screws off ( about a 1/2 a turn ) unplug the sensor,
re-fit sensor to new filter and screw back on. By cycling the ignition
key a few times ( not sure how many, as I top up mine with fuel
before I fit it ) it self bleeds the system. TFC has described the
self bleed some where.D3 bullbar-spots-roof rack with spots-ladder-long range tank-swing out spare wheel carrier- upgraded tow bar-dash console-internal water tank-duel awnings-drawer system & T T.

10forcash has posted this comment in another thread, which may be useful: "Filling the fuel filter is quite easy and doesn't need the LP bleed procedure above...
fit filter, turn on ignition for 40 seconds, turn off ignition, turn on for 40 seconds another 4 times, start engine & run for 2 minutes - applies to <07MY and 07MY onwards
if it's relatively quiet, you can hear the in-tank pump running, the air is pushed out to the return line, not to the engine
also, when fitting the <07MY filter, make sure you hear the pipe fittings click into place on the filter"
this also worked for me perfectly , no leaks , no issues
