Mine was booked in at my local dealer today to have the ride height "recall" fixed and after an hour or so my wife was told they didnt have the software to check it out.
Wasnt a completely wasted journey though as the dealer replaced the lumber wheel on the seat under warranty and also read & cleared a fault that had popped up a couple of times saying "transmission failure" so hopefully thats sorted now. Oh, and re-aligned the lower glove box to stop it rattling over bumps.

Apparently it's taking a lot lot longer than the 1 hour there quoting.
Took mine in last Friday for it's one hour recall to be told the last one they did took 4 1/2 hours just to calibrate them . Some issue with LR software
it's back in today .. All day .. So will see how they get onG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Hijack, What actually happens when one sensor goes, does it ride low or normal? Or just refuse to budge from its last setting?
I am also on the recall for this one and interested.
My RRS lost its NSR sensor about 10 days ago - the link above tells the story, magic carpet to dragster

Mine went in today for other stuff so they decided to do this at the same time. Sounds as though they had the same issues. They could not update the software and it kept crashing.
Interestingly I've had all 4 replaced within the last 7 weeks. As I posted in December, 3 were done by LRA at Winchester Services and the remaining one at Stratstones Edinburgh a few days before Christmas. Are LR replacing like with like or is it likely the 4 that were replaced were also out of spec?
mention the Service action number and that yours is outside the vin range but you have had faults with yours
when i get a moment i'll check GTR to make sure the have not amended the action to include any other ranges TLO has left the building.......

Mine was done on Saturday with minimum drama from Jason and the chaps at Yeovil. Top marks as always gents I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
