I'd rather keep my D3 looking different from a Range Rover. The older I get, the better I was.

grill mod
Hi
I think your grill looks brillent, I wondered if i were to supply you with a grill form a disco and also a freelander 2, if you would consider doing another and how much £ would i need to tempt you for your time and expertise. Cheers richard
I think the grill is a little too narrow. Only a couple of inches, but too narrow all the same.
Still looks ferkin cool though RonI know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

how well dose that grill line up? It looks like there is some gapping in the bottom courners but from these pics it looks good. I like the silver bumper.2005 SE-7 BLUE

Hi Ron,
Love the look of your D3 at first glance, but having come back to it a few times, to me it just doesn't sit right???
The front end looks aggressive and stands out a mile, but it doesn;t look like it belongs if i'm honest.
And as much as i am a big fan of everything being colour coded in black, i kinda like the silver under side in pic one. Breaks it up nicely!!!!!
Just my opinion

o and just to add, light guards off, get rid of the FL2 grill. No lights guards give it a much more smoother look, but retains how aggressive it is !!!

You'd think the LR guys would catch onto these sorts of mods and put them into production as an accessory. I do like the look of Ron's grille, but as others have said the insert needs to be a couple of inches longer for that perfect look (now where have I heard that before ) Faultmate MSV2 EXTREME
