Thought I'd say hi from Cheshire! Just picked up a 2007 D3 and after several D2s I'm glad I took the step up! Having issues already, but I'm used to Landys so it was bound to have em.... nothing to serious....yet!!

Hi Everyone
I've been keeping my eye on a Land Rover for a while now and just haven't been able to take the leap. I'm quite conservative with my money and have never really splashed money on a car - I usually buy used ones, which kind of brings me to my questions.
Do any of your have any advice for me when it comes to purchasing a Land Rover? Like is it worth it going out and purchasing a brand new one or am I just fine going to a used car dealer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Dennis

Hi,
in order to preserve my 2000 Defender 90 Softtop and to have a better heating in Winter,
I bought this old aunt ( Disco 3 , 2007 MY HSE ) with 220 000 km on the clock in Netherlands as my new winter vehicle.
Last dealer inspection was in June and the car was checked and repaired for a long holiday trip, ending up with a 4500 € bill Maybe this was one of the reasons for the last owner, to sell it now.
It's my second Disco in my long life, first one I got in 2004 as a company lease car, during the
time, when Ford owned LR.
regards from Aachen

Our New Disco
Hi from Auckland NZ
Our latest LR product is a 2010 D4 HSE 3.0 TDV6 its ex UK imported in 2013, Santorini Black, Black leather and Black trim. We have owned it for about two weeks now and are looking forward to some great adventures in it
We have owned several LR products in the past a 3.5 RR Classic, Series 1 Disco V8 County, a TD5 110, a P38 4.6 RR HSE, a 2008 LR Puma 90 and now this. I guess it's fair to say the illness runs deep.

Hello everyone,
I have just upgraded from a 2002 D2 to a 2004 D3 HSE. So far no major problems with it and it is a joy to drive. I'm sure there will be some issues with it as time goes on but to me that is all part and parcel of Land Rover ownership. The great thing with these forums is that there are lots of like minded knowledgeable people around who are willing to help out with genuine advice and information. I'm sure I will be asking for help at some point. Cheers

Hello
I retired in 2009 and went to live on Cyprus, after purchasing a Discovery 3 before I left. I have been
lucky to have enjoyed nearly 10 years of trouble free motoring, except for front wheel hub failures, 5 in all. Now I have had a complete EPB failure after getting stuck on a remote beach. I have been driving for a year now with the P symbol flashing in the dashboard a the EPB has been disconnected. Now I have a Suspension Fault warning coming on every 6 minutes of driving. As an ex Licenced Atrcraft Mantenance Engineer I have managed to do the maintenance myself, so I am hoping that the Forum can give me guidance, which is not shown in the Hayne’s Manual.

Hello and can anyone help me out
Hi
I have owned a 2008 57 plate D3 SE 2.7v6 for about 2 weeks. Really enjoying the car. Its full service history from new all but 2 services have been main dealer.
I have the hand books for it and according to one of them I should have a screen option for 4X4 info. It doesn't come up. is there anyone who can help me get the screen on without having to go to a dealership for it please
