Thanks for the add, I'm.picking.up my disco3 on Friday, its my first full size four wheel drive. I did have a Scooby forester a few years ago but then got lost in the sea of rep mobiles. Looking forward to learning any tips that I find on here and hope the car.doesnt.turn into to much of.a.money pit

Introduction
Just to say Hi, I've just newly registered to this site as I have a Disco3 and like to do my own repairs. Ive looked up advice on previous occasions and this site has some really knowledgeable members.

Hello from me
Hi everyone. I've just joined you all as previously been on the Freelander 2 site having owned two Freelander 2's.
Five and a half years ago I sold my six month old Freelander 2 as my wife was expecting twins. I already had a three year old and so the car was just not big enough. We explored Discoveries but simply could not find one for the right money, age or condition so we bought an S-Max which has TBH served us well. However, we have always hankered after a Discovery and last weekend we found one that met all of our criteria so we have taken the plunge. It's a 2015 SE in Fuji White which we pick up in the next week or so. I have loads of questions so will look to you all for advice. It's good to be back.

Welcome, fire away with the questions, although they may be to technical for me It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Hi all
As I'm a new owner (and loving it ) of a 2012 Discovery 4 HSE 8 speed in Antrie Green, I thought would be a good idea to join an owners club. there are so many toys to play with I'm sure I'll need help as tech and me don't seam to get on very well at times
As a caravanner of 25 years I decided it was about time I purchased the best towcar

Hello all. It's my first post.
Hello,
I've just joined as I have recently become the owner of a silver 2015 Discovery SE tech and I'm very pleased with it. (So Far!...hope it stays that way..!)
Here is a photo:
I once owned a D2, so the D4 seems a greatly advanced vehicle, much more comfortable and powerful.
I also own a 2011 Defender 90 and so I recognise some of the usernames on here from the Defender2 forum.
I've got a few things that I want to do to my Discovery 4, so I'm sure I will be busy reading the post history on here to work out how to do things. I think a towbar and electrics will be first on the list.
Anyway, I'm pleased to be able to now chat to you all, and it would be great to meet up with some of you in the future. Happy Land Rovering to you all.

Hello everyone! My D4 likes long family trips! We already have an RTT (on bars), fridge and skid plates, which has proven enough to roam the Balkans. But I’m in the process of gearing it up better - snorkel, roof rack and Compos/KO2s will be next. The plan is to explore Georia and Central Asia - at least!
