In fact as the arm rest is only on one side it could actually encourage bad posture which would aggravate a back problem even more Confused
 I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

I think it may help as you can get some support for your arm so less stress on your back. off-course you have to make sure you are sitting straight.

Helps support your posture / back, being adjustable it can be altered to suit over a long journey.

If it helps guys i also have a D3s.... and iv tryed so long to get arm rests for my discovery Big Cry so iv stripped down a seat and have had the arm rest fixing points made... already sold sum Thumbs Up hope this can help... pictures on my gallery. Thumbs Up
