Two D3/4 Grill Conversions - one has to go ... NOW SORTED.

Only got one D3 so don't need two grills!
So, one will have to go .... but which one Question

First one is my own conversion using a MY2010 FFRR grill.

Second one is the DC4X4 conversion using a D4 grill.

But I've got a side vent for it to match.

So ... which one stays and which one goes Confused

IMO 2nd grill (D4 mod) looks better. D4 grill is angular like the D3.

Whichever you got for, do let us know when your second is up for grabs Wink Thumbs Up

My vote goes for the FFRR, but given you have the D4 vent, I'd keep the D4 conversion...

D4 side vent

HI just wondering is the d4 side vent a straight swap for D3 side vent or is there a bit of work on it to make it fit,by the way love what you have done to your D3,both the grills look great.

Is this a serious question Ron? Laughing

FFRR SS grille is the one to keep. And i'll be glad to take the "not matching" sidevent of your hands. Whistle

I like the FFRR one. I think the vertical crome bits of the D4 one spoil it.

FFRR one all the way, Thumbs Up looks the mutts nuts, and as previously mentioned the D4 one is let down by the vertical lines!
