It is a setting of the system so that vehicle can be only driven at low speeds so that anyone you let take it to park it etc can't drive around in it as it goes too slow to mix with traffic. A bit like limp home mode.
Do we have this on Discover3? A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

sure do...its directly linked to the EGR's... The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...
Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

I see you have a D4, Valet mode will disable all the radio/stereo , nav, tv, (basically the touch screen). So that it can not be used by people who should either just be parking or cleaning the car.
Push the button, type in your desired 4 digit code - confirm this code - the infotainment will not work until this code is typed in again.
You pick a new code each time.
Regards
Mark.
