Do you mean you have the D4 style rear LED lights or just LED bulbs?

I haven't heard of the oem D4 lights causing issues with the BT, but you can check quite easily if you still have your old D3 lights, just 4 screws and swap them over.
Have you checked the BT module to make sure the harness or most cable are secure?

Easy way to check unplug the lights and see what happens, only 2 screws each side.

theres a Ford TSB about mk4 Mondeo with the early DRL causing radio interference, the solution was to fit the later DRL's with the up-suffix'd part number.

See, its not just cheap bulb companies that get it wrong lol
