When I was a member of the Navara forum, before the chassis snapped and Nissan bought it back, if you typed the word "Jeep" in any forum post, it auto corrected to "Yank rot box" Laughing

Thanks for the link by the way. Thumbs Up

Magnetic flood lights at the rear. Sounds good, but not much back there that a magnet sticks to - I’ve tried.

Mine came with side steps, I couldn't get rid of them. I have kids that would never get in on their without them!

I've got some spare led work lights I took off my Navara which i'd like to use on the Disco to put soime light in the rear. The dogs boxes take up the boot space and the interior light is pretty much blocked out by them. I was looking at a small internal Led I could mount on the upper tailgate and then saw the magnetic spots. I like the idea of temporary and being able to put them away after use. Bit of a pain not having anything for them to stick too. Thought all my problems were solved for a moment. Laughing

Others will advise you; but I think it might be prudent to remove them, if they come off easily, check for & rectify corrosion, before refitting.

I'll extend the cable on one so I can move it anywhere on the outside of the vehicle. Alternatively, I can plug it into a cigarette lighter in the front.

Always seems to be on the chassis member between the cab and the load bed. Can't help checking whenever I drive past one now.

I paid something silly like £10 for 5m off amazon. Soldered to the tabs and soldered into the standard light in the plastic trim. Took 15 mins. I’d strongly recommend glueing the strip on though. Mine fell off in the warm weather. Been golden since I glued it though.
