Exactly. Chop the inlet/outlet off, cut the 90 degree bends down, reweld them on in place of the originals. Make up a couple of brackets to mount, job done Thumbs Up

Looks very much like the RS500 intercooler another member has fitted to his Disco, the cooler can be had for around 120 quid and just requires a few reducers. Current - 05 D3 HSE TDV6
