Without wishing to stir up a hornets nest , having read this thread and looked on the net how is it that as shown in the pic grzesiul showed us that one manufacturer can produce an intercooler of similar size and what appears to be quality at what I would describe as a competitive price ? . As seen it can be adapted with what seems minimum fabrication to fit the discovery and I assume similar benefits . So £280 seems a good price for the upgrade .You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

Not yet, but there is no rush to return it. Going to buy the RS500 intercooler, and drop them both into the welder, and get him to copy the pipe fittings My D3 Build Thread
