Thanks for pictures with details - that's what I asked Ben for
Is there any place below the composite front, so the lights could be mounted in front of the composite panel, or the lightbar is the only way of putting them on the roof? Or did you consider cutting the composite material to put the lights inside it?

Simon
The lights are LF170 HID's which would be a tight squeeze in the front cowling. I believe Prospeed have something in the pipeline that involves 4 Warn 140's built in, this will be perfect for what I want, I just didn't want to risk installing the 170 and making the rack noisy at speed.

I understand. I just was wandering if I had to go so high with the lights - got 2 Warn SDB-210 lights - they are quite big (7") (and additional two standard LR Driving Lights - just to make more light on both sides of vehicle) so looking for the best way to put them there 8)

There is about 10-12cms between the composite floor and the top of the cowling so you have a decent gap to knock something up. Club Exped trailer

Can you tell me if your ride is better with coils or air? What I meen is it harder, like a Toyota ? I do not want to install them and get a harder ride, the air is tops on this Namibian gravel roads. I just need something more reliable than this compressor and valves, there is always a valve or pipe leaking.

I've never had air suspended one, so can't tell the difference. Heard of a guy from my place that had air suspended D3 and had been doing serious off road - stock suspension gone dead very quickly - had to improve it to double compressor, double and stronger lines, etc. but that gone dead too. So finally decided to go into coil. Of course not the standard one as mine as he wanted bigger ground clearence but coil definatelly is more reliable.
I took +100 springs (class B) and it performs great - of course I have winch and sump plate at the front which makes around +50kg so the feel is softer, but even having driven stock it was not hard as my previous Nissan Patrol
