I guess I must have been lucky that my phone module failed (no audio in or out) in early November
It actually stopped working just after I left TfC's place where I had just had some mods done
Beadles (Sidcup) fitted a new module for me under warranty and this must have been the latest one as I now have the phonebook and my call list over bluetooth etc.

OK, so as has been suggested, here is the official LR line on the mod:-
The original upgrade was put up & covered all the VIN's listed. It worked for some, but most it didn't work for.
LR quickly removed the update & TSB & have since been working on getting a reliable update working.
There is no current method to upgrade the software in existing PTI units other than the ones in the MY08 which have it already.
LR will continue to work on this upgrade to make it available, but there is no release date.
My only hope is that the BT module fails somehow & I then have to have a new one Anyone know how to frig the BT module to fail...... TDV6 HSE Black, Black Wheels /MTR's(in the shed!), Black RRS front/rear LR badge (tbf) Black Leather, Black Glass, Black TowB, Shiny Tasmods, Dull Mantec, White (& Orange) Reflective D3 Sticker, Black steering wheel badge, black air intake. Optima & Traxide dual battery setup.
Need black RRS wheel centre caps.
Now with added Engel.....
We D3, therefore we are..........

Hello,
Any news on this? Have a 07MY with VIN 43xxxx, so no phonebook over bluetooth
If not, anyone know where to get a Sony Ericsson cradle
EDIT: Cradle CR-9 for the T610/T630. Kinda forgot to include this. Thanks wiggs.

Thanks to RonnyH for bumping this thread...re-read it, found TazDaz has a nokia 6300, got it to connect and now have the phone book downloaded...
Unfortunately it's my wife's phone...
So now need to set up the Blackberry 8800 as my old but trusty nokia 6310i is no longer on the approved list...

Biffo, which dealer did you go to? I'm trying to get this sorted and could maybe get my dealer to speak to yours... If you are annoying me, just remember it takes 42 muscles for me to frown and only 4 to extend my middle finger, and I'm lazy so don't be offended.
