Think the payments may be alot more than my use over the months I've owned her ...
May be more on my side a wee bit but we will see .... 
Then its the money spent on servicing and repairs .... thats the issue 
Time will tell ..... D4 Front upgrade/cut back wings n things 'taking a long time but getting there'.
D4 rear upgrade - Narpys helped with that bit
Flack for problem solving and D4 Bluetooth Install/ D4 Heated Steering wheel with Flappy paddles n BBS enabling kit
Disco Mikeys work - Serviced, EGR blanking and 4x4 software upgrade, 3 flash indicators.
B.A.S - FBHIC. Uncle Rays spare wheel protector. Beanie Silver Black badges.

There were a few things that would make you question the actual Dealership and standards any normal consumer would expect ....
TBH I do feel that I was given information that was not truthful.... apart from the mileage issue D4 Front upgrade/cut back wings n things 'taking a long time but getting there'.

The PI is collating info as the Garage/dealership realise he isn't going away ... he said he's chased the owners 3 times a day recently to tie information down ...
We had a little chat about the dealers procrastination ... he seems a v good guy to deal with... he sends update emails and phoned me three times in 6 working days ... as a service provider he's spot on
I appreciate he's not working for me but for the HP Company..... but as a go between .... pretty impressed so far ... 
He has also agreed the consequential costs can be directly attributed to the mis-representation ...so we'll see what happens from here ....
He said we are close now to a resolution ... so I just have to let him get on with it and see what the figures look like

Its progressed
Kept quiet just in case it created an issue ....
Think buying it on HP has been a god send ...
Had two proposals -
One to keep the car, the other for the garage to find a replacement ....
Both I felt were storing future issues - so declined ....
Keeping - With a lack of service history and then re-sale issues keeping it.... with the four kids ... for me had safety and cost issues. Servicing schedules would be all over the place.
Replacement - With super tax post 06, oil case issues 07's onwards, transmission issues (waterbuoys post) I feel its a nightmare for them to do that for me. Let alone sorting out settlements on costs etc.,
So the final weeks have been arranging rewind of the finance agreement, covering consequential costs, return of deposit/trade in value .....
Watch this space .... had further talks today hopefully close to being sorted.
The Private Investigator has been v professional and very fair....

6.30 ..... a call recieved to my mobile ...
Its the man in charge.... its all sorted 
Its fair deal .... think it could have been worse ...
Deposit returned in full
All the service/repair costs returned
New key cost returned
All HP payments returned Thumbs Up
Had it since May and negotiated a charge I am happy with for usage for 10 months ...
It has to go back asap... they said tomorrow
We agreed Monday .. Anyone got a service history D3 for sale 
I have my eye on one and awaiting a response to my PM... learned my lesson though .... 
Only buying off here with a full history
